For the next several weeks, Cable TV customers could see issues with sun outages. Twice each year, the sun is positioned directly in line with the ground-based satellite dishes we use to receive Cable TV programming. This may cause brief programming interruptions – typically a few minutes – as the sun’s energy overpowers the signals transmitted by the satellites.
How does this affect you?
If you have Milford Communications’ Cable TV services, you may notice that certain TV channels will black out or freeze for several minutes. If your programming does not resume after 20+ minutes, please contact us at 855-722-3450.
